🎨 Classes, Camps, Workshops, Parties & Events

  • All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase—No exceptions.
  • If you have a discount card that works on studio, please contact us before completing your booking.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts.


🎁 Discount Cards

  • Discount cards are one time use and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen Discount cards will not be replaced.

 


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival to studio. If an item is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We can refund you %70 of the price of the activity


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Items with custom order
