🎨 Adult Workshops

 

    • Participants must be 16 years or older.

    • No observers are allowed. All attendees must be paid participants.

    • Workshop time is estimated, but may vary depending on the artist’s pace.

    • All projects must be completed in the studio—materials cannot be taken home.

    • Artwork pickup timelines:

       

        • Clay – Ready in 14 days after last session.

        • Paintings – Ready in 14 days after last session.

    • Completed pieces are held for 4 weeks only. No reminders will be sent.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Workshops

 

    • Children must meet the minimum age requirement listed for each workshop.

    • All children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

    • No observers allowed. Every person attending must be registered and paid.

    • Projects stay in the studio for completion; materials are not for take-home use.

    • Pickup timelines are the same as adult workshops (14 days).

    • Pieces are held for 4 weeks after completion—no email or phone reminders.

🧒 Kids Classes, No-School Days & Camps

 

    • No refunds at any time.

    • Children must be in the correct age group for the class. No credits for registering in the wrong group.

    • No observers permitted.

    • Missed classes are not credited or refunded.

    • All projects must be completed in-studio.

    • Cancellations made 2 weeks before start may receive studio credit (minus a $25 admin fee).

    • Bookings made less than 2 weeks before start: no credit if canceled.

🔁 Cancellation & Credit Policy

Camps & Classes:

 

    • No refunds. If canceled 2 weeks in advance, studio credit may be issued.

    • $25 admin fee applies for credit or rescheduling requests.

Private Events & Parties:

 

    • No refunds. Cancellations 2 weeks in advance may receive studio credit.

    • Minimum charge applies based on original booking count.

    • Please inform us of extra guests at least 5 days before the event.

    • $25 admin fee applies to any party rescheduling.

In case of government-mandated lockdowns, credit will be issued for future use.

📦 Artwork Pickup Policy

 

    • Clay and painting pieces are usually ready within 14 days.

    • Finished artwork is kept for 4 weeks only.

    • You will not receive notifications when artwork is ready—please mark your calendar.

🧍 Release of Liability

By registering, you agree to release the studio and its staff from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage while on premises or during studio activities.

🩺 Health & Medical Policy

If a medical emergency occurs and a guardian cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek medical attention for the participant.

👕 Damage to Clothing & Items

We use professional art supplies. The studio is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, or personal items.

🗣️ Behavior Expectations

Please talk to children about appropriate behavior before attending.

 

    • No touching others or disruptive behavior is permitted.

    • If behavior is aggressive or disrespectful, the participant will be sent home with no refund or credit.

📸 Photography

We may take photos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the staff at arrival.
