Refund & Cancellation Policy

Workshop Bookings

Our workshops require advance preparation, materials, and reserved seating.

• More than 7 days before the workshop: Cancellations qualify for a refund, less the original payment processing fee charged by Square (approximately 3% of the amount paid). The deduction will reflect the actual fee incurred.
• 7 days or less before the workshop: Bookings are non-refundable. This includes last-minute cancellations and non-attendance.

The cancellation deadline is measured from the scheduled workshop start time. Requests received 168 hours or less before the workshop are non-refundable, including bookings made within that period.

Please email cancellation requests to info@zelaloun.com. Refund eligibility is based on the date and time we receive your email.

If ZELALOUN cancels or reschedules your workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another available date.

Products

All ceramic product sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges because of personal preference.

Our ceramics are handmade. Minor variations in colour, glaze, shape, and size are part of their character, provided the item matches its description and is suitable for its intended use.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@zelaloun.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, without deducting payment processing fees. ZELALOUN will cover any required return shipping for these issues. Please contact us before returning an item.
